From the moment I called  about getting my vehicle serviced thru  picking up the customer service was wonderful. The representative I spoke with to make the appointment was polite, helpful and accommodating.  I was able to drop my car off early and that representative was patience and answered all my questions to make sure I understood everything. He also kept me abreast to the status of my vehicle. He even went as far as drive my car through the wash by me just mentioning my car was dirty, right before I was about to get in an drive off. This was one of the best experiences I had.

Sales person was very helpful...once deal was made everything began to take SO MUCH time to complete.  Paperwork process needs to progress much faster.  We sat for an hour just waiting to get into the office of the finance manager.  Either streamline the process or have more than one person to process the finance paperwork.

My son had a great 1st car buying experience due to James. He came out to the lot to greet us almost as soon as we hit the lot. He is knowledgeable about the car features, prices, and inventory, which allowed him to point out several options right away for my son to choose from, which saved us a ton of time. As we all know when a kid shops for their first car, they want to leave the lot with a car that day. We got a super late start and arrived to the lot mid-afternoon on a Sunday. James and the detailer stayed past closing to ensure that my son's car was delivered as promised!
