Ordered a Cadillac ct4-v blackwing, GM was taking their sweet time..after 13 months with no movement, West Herr stepped up and found one at a dealer in Michigan, and had it to buffalo within 3 days.  Once we had a car..the process was incredibly painless and I was very satisfied with the service I received at  the dealer.
