They said they would hold the vehicle if I did A down deposit.  I drove down they met me after hours, and we’re super cool to work with, great guys! Finance guy was honest, and one of the best I’ve ever dealt with, salesman kept in contact with me and was upfront. No lies no bullshit! In early June my wife and I began the search for a “new to us” family vehicle. After researching different makes and models, we decided the vehicle that would best fit our needs was a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. After searching numerous listings, my wife came across a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L listed by West Motor Utah that had all the features we were looking for: 4x4, third row, luxury package, V8 engine, etc. In mid June I reached out to West Motor and was immediately helped by Drew. He was attentive and answered ALL of my questions about the Jeep, which were numerous. We live in El Paso, Texas and wanted to ensure the vehicle was right for us before making the trip up to Utah. Drew sent over photos and videos of the vehicle and highlighted potential minor issues that sometimes come with the purchase of a used vehicle. Today, July 2nd, my wife and I hopped on a plane to Utah. When we arrived we were met with true hospitality and we genuinely felt at home. The Jeep was in excellent condition and runs great! Needless to say, we’re headed back to El Paso with a vehicle we are completely satisfied with.
