Got a car from them years ago. The car served its purpose for 4 years till it needed repairs worth more than the car itself. Overall the car I bought was fair and price was reasonable. As any place just do your own due diligence.

I am now on my third purchase from West Oaks. One car was totaled my undocumented and uninsured individuals. One car is still driving great after 5 years, zero engine problems. Any problem initially I had with the car Mr. Ward set a date with his mechanic and fixed it. I have had cars I wanted to buy, only to be told by Mr. Ward that the car had a problem, he is scrapping it out. If you ever could find a honest used car sales business what would you do? If your like me, and are aware that these cars loose value as soon as you stick a key in them, then you don't spend over 15 grand for a car period. You realize that money would serve you better invested in Real estate or Land or whatever your business is. If you want a good engine and Ac, pretty descent looking and more importantly working cars, then  check them out. I saw a complaint about payment issues, really people do not communicate. With any issues you have at work or with a business interaction communication is always key. Let people know in advance and it is a wonder to see how night and day is to deal with them. Common courtesy says If you take a loan from someone you should pay them back according to your word and/or contract. Mr. Ward is a straight shooter and a business man. When doing business with them be honest and truthful about what you want and what you have to offer. LoL I am not a troll or employee, just a happy customer who has been helped out while in a jam.
