I went into Williams Honda in December 2023 with my heart set on a 2024 CRV. I had an appointment set up with Will who, from the minute he sat down, I could tell was working his butt off helping customers. I had done months of research on this vehicle and I knew it’s what I was leaving with. Little did I know it was a possibility to leave THAT night with my new car!! Will was an incredible person to work with and I knew when he offered to get it done that night it meant he was giving up his own time to make sure I left happy. And when I say he truly wanted to make sure I was happy he meant it. He triple checked to make sure this vehicle was going to make me happy! The entire team was incredible. I was offered more for my trade-in than I expected and when all was said and done these guys were genuinely happy for me as I made quite the upgrade!!! I would recommend Williams Honda in a heartbeat to anyone because I know they will be well taken care of! Thank you, Will, for being amazing at what you do!

This review is for both Williams Honda and Williams Chevrolet. My parents purchased a van from Williams Chevrolet many years ago. They told me it was a great buying experience. Now it’s time to trade in the van for a Honda, so naturally we went to Williams Honda to trade in the van for a new CRV. We haven’t gotten the car yet, but it’s due to arrive in a couple days, and I will say that my experience with the Williams Honda’s sales team has been fantastic. I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my life (I’m no spring chicken), and I feel that Williams does their best to treat their customers right…and they’ve been doing so for many years.  I haven’t seen any of the unscrupulous shenanigans that happens at a lot of other dealers.

I can see why my parents recommended Williams to me.  I’ll update this post once I receive my car next week.  I thank Williams for taking good care of me and my family.

UPDATE:  received my car today.  Everything went smoothly as expected, these guys are great!
