4.2.24 - I recently took my 2018 Tacoma for a service / repair that it needed to Williams Toyota.  The service shop was more than accommodating and informative.  However, after paying and leaving the shop with my truck, I noticed a discrepancy in the invoice - where I was overcharged for labor due to their invoicing system.  So, I went back to Williams to discuss this overage and ask for a pro-rated refund on actual labor performed.

After speaking with the General Manager, Eric Mooney, he completely changed my view of auto dealers.  I wasn't expecting much, but I was overly surprised and happy to learn that Williams was going to refund me the overcharge.  Eric actively listened to my concern, and allowed me to feel heard and appreciated.  He truly acted as an advocate for the customer, and proved to me that this business acts with transparency when they conduct business.... which isn't always a trait associated with car dealerships.

Kudos to Eric and the William's team for being honest and transparent.  I appreciate them very much, and will continue to be a customer; as well as recommend them to anyone reading this.  Thank you, Eric.
