And the day I went Rita, who is his go-to partner, was able to close the deal and make it as seamless as possible and show me the selected inventory in person while I took my sweet time.

The communication with the service advisor, Carmen Alicea, was excellent, and even some photos were sent to me so I could better understand the recommended repairs.
