Great service from the service dept. at Willis Lexus today. The valet retrieved my vehicle and brought it back to me when the services were complete. I love that as I don't always have time to drop off/pick up. I also love that there wasn't an aggressive attempt to upsell services that weren't necessary. Karli, my service advisor, kept me informed and communication was clear and concise via text. The valet was friendly and also did a great job. It was very convenient to pay my bill online. I love my Lexus and the benefits that come with it.

2.5 years later. Still a very happy customer. I appreciate the level of care that is received during my service appointments. Whether I am working with a Service Advisor or team member, the experience has always been great. Additionally, I thought it was really cool to see the video of my car being serviced as it added value to the experience. Thank you!
