He answered all of my questions and even though it was past time for him to leave, he stayed and took his time explaining the operation functions of the different apps that are built into the vehicle. Best car buying experiences. As a matter of fact, the first experience was so good  when we went in to buy my car a week ago, a week later, we went back and got my husband a new car too.

Dylan the sales person is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and super responsive. Bobby the person who helped us with the lease and Finance was also super friendly and helpful and gave us great advices.

Both of them tried to advise on trim and financing options that made the most sense for us, not just for the dealership.

The sales manager gave us a fair trade in price for our old car, first time in my life I did not feel the need to negotiate up the trade in offer.  And tried to make it up for us for the delay of signing contract caused by their system being down the first time.

I got a flat tire a few days after driving the car home and it was towed to a different dealership service and they messed up the claim. Bobby and Dylan tied to help me even though it was after the sale and they really did not have anything to do with it.

Very impressed with the entire team.

I was having a terrible time with my insurance company paying off my previous vehicle that I had an accident in but I went car shopping with Wilson County Hyundai. I found my dream vehicle with the help of my salesman, Jacob but couldn’t purchase it because of my insurance. One month later and the insurance fiasco was settled and I thought I was going to have to start over. I go to Wilson County Hyundai and we were greeted by Jacob and he repeated our story back to us and asked if it had been resolved. I said yes, finally and he said well your truck believe it or not is still here!! I was shocked! He took me right to her! I turned around and headed to the office and said, “Let’s go!”.

Love my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy. Mr. Crockett and the entire team at Wilson County Hyundai were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. This is my third Santa Fe purchase. I visited another dealership close to my home, it was not a great experience. Wilson County Hyundai is 45 minutes away from me but definitely worth the trip.
