Friday the 20th was no different, always the professional staff who takes time to explain whats being done. To have such courteous people at 9am means a lot to me especially now a days. York Kia has proven to be a good decision when it came to both buying and servicing my vehicle. When I bought the car in May of 2023, no one pressured me. I was able to take as much time as I needed to consider the car. They didn’t try to persuade me or be pushy which is important to me. Now that I’ve had the vehicle for over a year, the service department always does a great job of promptly fitting me in their schedule. Courteous and friendly service from Cody and Marco at York Kia.  After receiving poor service from another Kia dealer out of the area, I checked their website for the same vehicle (K5) and they had one.  I drove straight to York Kia from the other dealer.  I was greeted by Cody who said the K5 wasn’t there yet but on the way, and he’d call me when it arrived.  He called 5 days later stating it was there. I stopped out 2 days later and it was there.  I test drove and loved the car, exactly what I was looking for in a car (styling, handling, performance, etc).  I’d like to thank Marco who was my actual sales guy, he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and a joy to work with.  He explained the current car market conditions which was helpful in making my decision to purchase.  After picking up the car, he thoroughly explained the functions of the car and answered any questions I had.  He also followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my new purchase.  Overall very happy with my new K5! ????????
