The service technician was extremely professional and friendly.  He also alerted me to a couple other issues I should keep an eye on.  I really appreciated his honesty and being so helpful.  The receipt said the 'Service Advisor' was Jack Bliss....I'm not sure if that was his name but he deserves kudos for making my experience at the Quick Lube (which I dread doing) a pleasant experience.

Can't leave 6 stars unfortunately.  Working with Tim has been, by far, the easiest process I've experienced when purchasing a vehicle through a dealership.   I don't leave alot of reviews but these guys and gals certainly deserve it.  Keep Zeigler in mind for your next purchase, well worth it.

He was knowledgeable, informative, personable, and presented us with all our options without pressuring us into anything. Shout out to Steve from Finance as well, super nice guy. We live about an hour away from the dealership, and after the car was detailed and ready to go they went out of their way to bring it to our house without charging extra or us even having to ask.
