My daughter moved to Madison from Finland to attend UW-Madison and we decided to buy a car for her "virtually" without visiting the location in person before picking it up. Outstanding communication from service advisor who was Ashley in my experience.
I received email alerts to remind me of my scheduled service date. They communicated what work was suggested and gave me the option to do the upgrades or not.
Due to my vehicle needing to be in their dealership for a few days, I was given a brand new vehicle loaner identical to mine to drive.
The dealership is immaculate. They offer drinks and snacks for those waiting in the lobby.
Entire staff is very professional.
Even though I live 1 hour and 20 minutes from Zimbrick on Fish Hachery Road, it is definitely worth the drive to have them do my work.
