Historically I've dreaded buying vehicles from dealerships as the business/finance managers have been extremely pushy and aggressive with the warranties and protection plans.  Not so with Zimbrick European!  Melissa was PHENOMENAL and it was by far the best experience I've ever had in the final stage.  She did a great job explaining our options, letting us decide what to accept and what to skip and we moved on.  No hard sell at all.  It was a breath of fresh air.  She was fun to boot.
