I recently sold a car to Betten Chrysler, Jeep in Big Rapids. I worked with a young man named Waylon in sales/buying. It was a very good experience. No pressure and they gave me more than any of the on line car buyers like Carvana. No games were played. While they wanted to sell me a car, there was nothing there I was interested in. I give high marks to Waylon and Betten of Big Rapids for their business acumen and decency. I will go out of my way in the future to give them the opportunity for my business.

Mr Dale who works at the service department is one of the best customer friendly staff members I have interacted with. His kind, energetic attitude and helpful character had ultimately satisfied my needs and addressed my concerns through effective communication.

It is clear that the dealership has changed hands. It went from the service department not ever answering calls to the service department picking up the phone, scheduling appointments immediately, and following up and communicating the status. I applaud the change. This is the service that should have been happening all along. I said I would never buy a car again from Betten baker because of the absolutely horrible service (anyone can sell you a car- what dealer will have integrity when their is a problem?). Definitely not the old Betten baker. But new management and new ownership has made me change my mind. Thank you to the new Betten baker for providing the service all dealers should strive to provide. The new service manager, Mike, is great.
