Randy May, my salesperson, was knowledgeable and attentive, providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. Additionally, manager Ruben ensured a smooth and pleasant transaction. Randy May is an excellent salesperson because he is knowledgeable and you really feel that he is working for you. He went out of his way on every visit that we had to make sure that he understood what we wanted and needed. Then when we had decided on the Grand Cherokee 4xe, he scoured the the NW to find the car we wanted with the packages we wanted and the tooling package to meet our needs. Over 3 days, he literally blocked time out of his day to attend to us. I felt like a VIP but I think that's the way Randy treats his customers and it is demonstrated by the glowing reviews that he receives. Danny in the financial office worked diligently on our behalf also. Everyone was friendly and personable. We enjoyed our experience and happy with the car that we have thanks to Randy and Danny.

Randy and Pedro (and the Tonkin team) are awesome! I bought a used truck from them remotely (I live near Seattle), which at first I was reluctant to do for obvious reasons. But Randy and Pedro went above and beyond expectations on this purchase – for example, since I was remote, Pedro sent me personally recorded videos walking me through the entire truck, and even pointed out some minor scratches/flaws (again, used truck) that he thought I’d want to see! This is commendable because (I believe most people would agree) this level of diligence and transparency is unexpected with car sellers, and Pedro’s integrity impressed me from the start. I also really appreciated that Randy chatted about and focused on my goals in what I’m looking for, whether this truck was the right fit (it is), budget restraints and financing, truck price, etc… No pressure at all, super friendly, and it felt more like a collaborative effort with his experience guiding the way - as it should be and is expected in business and life. Financing was easy, and the overall experience was positive up to them delivering it. I don’t often post long reviews, but this is deserved on merit. I wholeheartedly recommend Tonkin, especially Randy, Pedro, and their team, - no complaints - and I’m REALLY happy with my new (used) truck. Thank you!
