Randy May is an excellent salesperson because he is knowledgeable and you really feel that he is working for you.  He went out of his way on every visit that we had to make sure that he understood what we wanted and needed.  Then when we had decided on the Grand Cherokee 4xe, he scoured the the NW to find the car we wanted with the packages we wanted and the tooling package to meet our needs. Over 3 days, he literally blocked time out of his day to attend to us.  I felt like a VIP but I think that's the way Randy treats his customers and it is demonstrated by the glowing reviews that he receives.  Danny in the financial office worked diligently on our behalf also.  Everyone was friendly and personable.  We enjoyed our experience and happy with the car that we have thanks to Randy and Danny.

Randy and Pedro (and the Tonkin team) are awesome! I bought a used truck from them remotely (I live near Seattle), which at first I was reluctant to do for obvious reasons. But Randy and Pedro went above and beyond expectations on this purchase – for example, since I was remote, Pedro sent me personally recorded videos walking me through the entire truck, and even pointed out some minor scratches/flaws (again, used truck) that he thought I’d want to see! This is commendable because (I believe most people would agree) this level of diligence and transparency is unexpected with car sellers, and Pedro’s integrity impressed me from the start.

I also really appreciated that Randy chatted about and focused on my goals in what I’m looking for, whether this truck was the right fit (it is), budget restraints and financing, truck price, etc… No pressure at all, super friendly, and it felt more like a collaborative effort with his experience guiding the way - as it should be and is expected in business and life.

Financing was easy, and the overall experience was positive up to them delivering it.

I don’t often post long reviews, but this is deserved on merit. I wholeheartedly recommend Tonkin, especially Randy, Pedro, and their team, - no complaints - and I’m REALLY happy with my new (used) truck. Thank you!

I have a 2023 Dodge Challenger Last Call SXT AWD that I special ordered from Dodge. My car is, right now, 10 months old but was only 8 months old when I took it to Tonkin because of a check engine light. Check engine light at 8 months old?....yeah, my thoughts exactly. At Tonkin I came in contact with Darien. He came out and plugged the little do hickey into my car and said it was throwing a code regarding ignition something. So, I set-up an appointment to have them look at my car to see why I was getting this code. I asked Darien if the repairs, that I figured I was going to need, would be covered under warranty and was told "yes, unless there appears to be rodent damage". Well, to everyone's surprise there was rodent damage. Skip forward to when the parts came in and repairs were done and I finally had my car back. Less than 48 hours later I decided to have a looksie under my beauty cover, just to check everything out, low and behold more rodent damage. Same spot, plus a little more. After having a few choice words and complete melt down while on the phone with my insurance company, I was resigned to the fact that my car was going back to the dealership for repairs again. Took her back on Monday and everyone was surprised and shocked to see me back again. Darien was off that day but when he came in the next day he sent me a really nice, heartfelt text saying how sorry he was that this happened again. After getting my car apart, this time, they found more extensive damage that required more parts and labor. Finally got my car back last Wednesday and all I can say is a big, huge THANK YOU to Darien and the whole service team! They went above and beyond to get my car back to me(both times)in the most timely manner that they could. And to get it back to me at pre-loss condition! I also, had an oil change, tire rotation and 15 point inspection done the first time she was there. I cannot express, enough, how happy I am with their service and compassion! Thank you, Darien and Crew, you all are the best
