When I got there a little early on a Wednesday morning, they got me in and out with the new tires and oil change in no time flat! I recently special ordered a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Donnie Grady at Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. (Donnie came highly recommended by a mutual friend, even though his dealership is a state away from where I live.) We executed the entire transaction by phone and email. The whole process was seamless, from start to delivery of the Jeep, through to after delivery follow up. Donnie was professional, kind, easy going, thorough, and consistent .... SUCH a blessing!!!!
