I recently special ordered a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Donnie Grady at Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. (Donnie came highly recommended by a mutual friend, even though his dealership is a state away from where I live.) We executed the entire transaction by phone and email. I was traveling to visit my family near Washington NC. My pick showed a "Exhaust Filter was full see a dealer". (I have a diesel) I was expecting to get raked over because I was form out of town. That was not the case, they forced a re-gen 4 times and it finally cleared. They could have easily given up and start replacing very expensive parts but instead they kept trying. I was so thankful for the fair a good service I received.
