After I had completed my purchase, and was about to take possession of the vehicle, a gentleman named Robo escorted me to the Ford F 150 (used) and gave me a thorough tour of all the features, many of which were unknown to me. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism, I was very pleased with how this dealership handled my transaction. Happy to recommend this dealership. Management was also easy to deal with. They offered me a fair price for my trade. Follow up to my last review this one dated March 28 2024. I love my truck but ran into an issue with the catalytic converter, which can be very expensive, something in the area of $2,000. The used car manager, Mr. Bob Wilkinson, stepped up and authorized replacement at no cost to me. No haggling or questions, just did the right thing. I have changed my rating to a five star for this dealership.
