After I had completed my purchase, and was about to take possession of the vehicle, a gentleman named Robo escorted me to the Ford F 150 (used)  and gave me a thorough tour of all the features, many of which were unknown to me. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism, I was very pleased with how this dealership handled my transaction. Happy to recommend this dealership. Management was also easy to deal with. They offered me a fair price for my trade.
Follow up to my last review this one dated March 28 2024. I love my truck but ran into an issue with the catalytic converter, which can be very expensive, something in the area of $2,000.
The used car manager, Mr. Bob Wilkinson,  stepped up and authorized replacement at no cost to me. No haggling or questions, just did the right thing. I have changed my rating to a five star for this dealership.

We have been to at least 30 dealerships in the past week looking for a replacement vehicle. Some of the sales tactics and junk that we looked at was crazy. When we came up to Ferman Ford of Clearwater to look at a vehicle I found on their website we met Brian . He was very friendly and didn’t push towards just closing a sale. He was honest up front about what fees I would be paying on top of the price that was listed. There was NO extra fees slid in there once we sat down to fill out paperwork (so many other dealers did).  He did a great job getting the paperwork done and handed off to Eric Bartholomew. Eric quickly got us a better finance rate than I could find anywhere else. Eric handled all the paperwork and had us ready to leave with our new vehicle in no time. Meanwhile Brian was working on getting the vehicle all shined up for us. We then sat down with Robert Rivera (ROBO) who has an outstanding amount of knowledge about the technology of the vehicle. In no time he showed us all the cool stuff, had everything programmed, and even took care of a few things that needed to be done. The manager Jason Bray even checked in to make sure everything was going great. We greatly appreciate how wonderful of a team you have here.
