My car buying experience was great. The dealership is well put together from Management to Sales to Business/finance. I've been on many sites, but from viewing their site - to then being reached out to allowed me to ask questions and set test drives. I went in with the goal of buying a Bronco and left with a Ford Mustang. Nothing was forced. Howard did a great job! Steve was another reason why I chose the Mustang, he gave me a long test drive and broke down all the features..again with no pressure. Howard wasn't available that day/time and so Steve took me out right away for a test drive which I appreciated that I didn't have to wait. Led by Danny who was great in overseeing the process and simple conversations like the Mighty Ducks. He did everything he could to make sure all numbers were considered. Finally closing out the deal Rob, who led the paperwork process. Great guy, we signed through much conversation and laughs. He was open, honest and clear about each item. This experience would not have occurred without Hannah being consistent in communications with me in the beginning. Thank you Ford of Mt. Airy. Howard, I told you I would write a review for you guys! Great work.

Bought a CPO 2021 Ford F150. Got a good deal on it after some negotiations over the phone. Found a couple wear issues with the vehicle when I went to see and buy it but the dealership was not willing to correct those at their cost since they had quoted such a low sales price before hand. We still bought the truck anyway but it proves it’s always best to see the car before you buy it. Sales rep and administrative assistant were great to work with. Easy to find the dealership and get in and out.

We recently purchased a new Explorer ST from Century Ford and an overall excellent experience. The manager , Emann, went above and beyond to make the experience smooth. She was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the process and we will be back for sure for our next vehicle. The car salesmen Austin and Alex were also very helpful with making it a speedy process!
