My car buying experience was great. The dealership is well put together from Management to Sales to Business/finance. I've been on many sites, but from viewing their site - to then being reached out to allowed me to ask questions and set test drives. I went in with the goal of buying a Bronco and left with a Ford Mustang. Nothing was forced. Howard did a great job! Steve was another reason why I chose the Mustang, he gave me a long test drive and broke down all the features..again with no pressure. Howard wasn't available that day/time and so Steve took me out right away for a test drive which I appreciated that I didn't have to wait. Led by Danny who was great in overseeing the process and simple conversations like the Mighty Ducks. He did everything he could to make sure all numbers were considered.

Finally closing out the deal Rob, who led the paperwork process. Great guy, we signed through much conversation and laughs. He was open, honest and clear about each item.

This experience would not have occurred without Hannah being consistent in communications with me in the beginning. Thank you Ford of Mt. Airy.

Bought a CPO 2021 Ford F150. Got a good deal on it after some negotiations over the phone. Found a couple wear issues with the vehicle when I went to see and buy it but the dealership was not willing to correct those at their cost since they had quoted such a low sales price before hand. We still bought the truck anyway but it proves it’s always best to see the car before you buy it.
Sales rep and administrative assistant were great to work with. Easy to find the dealership and get in and out.

Our salesman Roger Davis answered all our questions and was very patient with us. He never pressured us, just offered to help in any way he could. He let us take the time we needed to make a major decision about such a large purchase. It was also very helpful that Jay Delancey came out and explained about the maintenance of the vehicle which we very much appreciated his taking time with us. Roger and Jay both expressed that we should feel free to call if we have any other questions about the vehicle.  Being a buyer from out of state they made the process much easier than we anticipated.
