2026 Ford Bronco Big Bend 4x4

My experience at BMW Beaumont was stellar. For starters, I live four hours away so I was able to begin the process a day ahead of my in town arrival. Chris was more than accommodating and made sure that I had selected the vehicle I wanted. He assured me that even though he was out of office the following day; I’d be in good hands. Upon my arrival, Marc immediately approached me and introduced himself and offered me to take the car for a spin. I let him know that I was up against time so ensured I was in and out on time. Marc made sure that the young lady ( I can’t think of her name but I absolutely loved her) got me set up on the MyBMW APP and got me acquainted with my new car. Jeff in finances was also phenomenal — his patience and kindness was unmatched. We were “tough” cookies but he handled things well. Due to my five-star experience at BMW Beaumont — I WILL REMAIN A LOYAL CUSTOMER. It was worth the drive and I am sold of their top notch customer service! Definitely a familial atmosphere.

Fantastic service! We were driving from New Orleans home to Austin and our AC started flaking on us. Was able to get an early Monday appointment and had great service, adjusted the AC programming, washed the car and did a multi point inspection and got us back on the road by noon!
