First time ford owner here! Ashley in the service appointment was wonderful! We kept playing phone tag to get me scheduled and she never gave up on me. ???? the mobile tech (forgot his name) came out and took care of my recall in 20 minutes and was on his way. I loved that I didn’t have to drop it off and leave it. Fan of the mobile service. Arundel ford is where I will always take my Bronco.
