I have taken 2 vehicles for repair here and both times I had great service and results. My daughter was up from Texas and her cars a/c quit working the shop she took it to in Texas stated she needed an entire new system, compressor and all. Putnam diagnosed the problem, kept in contact with throughout and ended up coming back less expensive then they had thought. $1300 less than the shop in Texas. Honest and very good mechanics there. I will always take my vehicles there from now on
