2026 Ford Expedition Active MAX 4x4

Our truck lost the water pump going through Minden on a Sunday so left it there at Pony Express Ford in Minden and called them first thing Monday morning. Jessica in service told me she wasn’t sure when but they’d get it in and looked at in the next couple days. By noon that day she called with diagnosis and a price. By noon Tuesday it was done and she also had to deal with extended warranty company. I can’t say enough good about Jessica and this dealership. Really impressed!

Devin and Tyler were TOP NOTCH. I told then my concerns with shotgunning my credit app and Devin did a stellar job! Gave me what I was hoping for on my trade in and was right where I needed to be on my purchase. Everything was explained in full detail and I even bought some tires cheaper than my normal tire guy could get them. Outstanding
