Michael at Courtesy Ford has been nothing but amazing since we purchased our 2024 F150 Raptor. Buying our vehicle with Courtesy Ford has been a great experience start to finish. This was our first purchase with Courtesy Ford, but it will not be our last ! This is one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. Tony Squire and Chandler made the experience super easy and exciting. They have a high level of integrity and even though they are 13 hours away from my hometown, i will buy future vehicles from them. Cant wait to pick my Raptor up in 2 days!

The sales crew and in particular Christian Yaw, was extremely helpful. He was also knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to a question he told us he didn't know. He was considerate and respectful, not full of himself nor arrogant like so many car sales people are. we were treated fairly on our trade-in although we didn't get what we'd expected. However, we were told by Jeff why and an effort was made to draw us closer to our expectations. Financing/closing was done by Noah and he again was very knowledgeable and respectful and willing to answer questions clearly and concisely. My recommendation: Continue to foster the culture that breeds personable relationships your staff forges with their customers. Service, commitment and sincerity will continue to set you apart from your competition. You can buy the metal you're selling in a ga-zillion places across the country. You can't get treated in many of those places like you get treated at Courtesy Ford. Keep up the good work!
