2026 Ford Expedition King Ranch 4X4

Had an opportunity to use the new Ford dealer in Forest Lake for service during their soft opening. My truck needed a couple of small things addressed. Everyone was over the top friendly, likely because this was a brand new place, and this is a new job to them. Dropped the truck off at 8AM and said I would like to pick it up at 1PM if possible. Call came in at 11:30 and she was ready to go. They even checked an open recall for me. The facility is beautiful, the service bay is very efficient and designed to handle a lot of cars. 5 stars to you Forest Lake Ford dealer, welcome to town.

Amazing. My most expensive vehicle purchase was my best vehicle purchase. Just bought a Raptor R here and they were amazing. I flew from Utah to MSP just to buy it. I’d absolutely do it again. No pushy finance guy trying to add stuff I didn’t want or any other surprises. Even spent over an hour talking to one of the owners who was one of the nicest people ever. We could definitely feel that making the customer happy was the top priority, and making money wasn’t. Will absolutely be the first dealer I’ll call for my next vehicle. Thanks!!!

Recently bought a used Ford F150. The truck has needed a couple of minor repairs. I had a couple of bad experiences with the extended warranty I bought on the truck (not a Ford extended warranty). This service center and dealership is simply awesome. The service writer observed me very frustrated that my claims have been repeatedly denied. He has worked with me to soften the blow of the repair. There are very good to their customers and actually care about you!
