I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for routine servicing. My Service Advisor, Joe, was very personable and helpful. He recommended an additional service that I was not aware of-to aid in cleaning out the additives and trash in my oil. I took his advice and added that service to my appointment. I have traded with AutoNation Ford for the majority of my vehicle purchases, as well as recommending them to others. I’m very pleased with their service.

I received great service as I recently took my Explorer in for service. Kelly took good care of reporting to me from the time I brought the vehicle in until the time I left. The work that had to be done took a few hours but, the wait time seemed to have passed by so quickly because Kelly kept me updated throughout. Kelly is a STAR in my book. The service was GREAT!

I took my truck in for a software update and oil change. The software update had a glitch after hours and the service manager took me in right away and provided a loaner so I could go about my plans. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She could not have made that situation any better. I was very Impressed with the way she handled the whole event.
