I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for routine servicing. My Service Advisor, Joe, was very personable and helpful. He recommended an additional service that I was not aware of-to aid in cleaning out the additives and trash in my oil. I took his advice and added that service to my appointment. I have traded with AutoNation Ford for the majority of my vehicle purchases, as well as recommending them to others. I’m very pleased with their service.

I received great service as I recently took my Explorer in for service. Kelly took good care of reporting to me from the time I brought the vehicle in until the time I left. The work that had to be done took a few hours but, the wait time seemed to have passed by so quickly because Kelly kept me updated throughout. Kelly is a STAR in my book. The service was GREAT!

I took my truck in for a software update and oil change. The software update had a glitch after hours and the service manager took me in right away and provided a loaner so I could go about my plans. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She could not have made that situation any better. I was very Impressed with the way she handled the whole event.

I had the honor and privilege of meeting your assistant service manager name Lee. The one thing customers depend upon is a honest and professional car technician. I was quite impressed and pleased with Lee’s knowledge. I was informed by a shop I normally go to that I need a brake job done immediately. I decided to take my car to Wolfchase Ford for a second opinion. Lee informed me my brakes were fine and my car was in excellent shape. He also informed me no work needs to be done today. I was truly impressed with Lee’s honesty and willingness to ensure I received outstanding service. Because of Lee’s attitude, honesty and integrity I am now a Wolfchase Ford customer for Life. I also plan on purchasing my next new car with this dealership as well…. highly recommend everyone use this dealership and ask for Lee the assistant service manager who hopefully will be promoted to Service Manager in the near future ( smile)…..
