Incredible Dealership! After a horrible experience with another Ford dealership, I reached out to Hixson Ford to purchase an F-250 I was interested in. The receptionist Danielle connected me with Cheyanna Flanery, the Customer Care Specialist. After explaining to Cheyanna "Shy," the vehicle I attempted to purchase twice was sold out from under me. She immediately took the stock number, ran to grab the keys, got all my information, and started the purchasing process. She had one of her teammates help complete my paperwork while she was getting the vehicle cleaned. I also explained I was 3 hours away, and Shy, without batting an eye, lined up a driver to deliver my new vehicle and pick up my trade-in to drive back. She then connected me with the Finance Mgr., Terry Best, who thoroughly explained the agreement and sent me the paperwork to esign. Their driver James called to let me know he was on his way with my new truck and my final paperwork that needed wet signatures. He delivered my new truck and took my trade-in back with him. The team at Hixson Ford works together flawlessly to make the car buying purchase seamless!

We were extremely pleased with our recent service appointment to get a Sync 3 update and oil change on our F—600. Greg the Service manager scheduled our appointment quickly. We traveled 100 miles and when we arrived, the team was ready to take us in immediately at our scheduled time and did their best to turn us around quickly. Joel, the service tech, is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in completing the service work. We will continue to use them to service our chassis and our other Ford vehicles as well.
