2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

Great service experience! Being a big city out-of-towner, I felt so welcomed. I look different than the average resident, but that didn't seem to worry anyone, which was nice. Definitely has been some steps towards progress since I last lived in this general area some 20 years ago. I loved the acknowledgement my little boys received. Waves and hellos from the guys walking by. As a father, it made my heart happy for the kindness shown towards them. I forget the gentleman's man, but I sort of distracted him as he was walking by, and he generously took the time to show me the inside of two vehicles on the lot. I'm very pleased with Freedom Ford, and I know where to come back to when I come for another visit to Arkansas. The coffee's good, and that's mighty important for an 8 AM appointment :)

Top notch service ! Kyle the senior master mechanic they have is bar none the best, wouldn't let anyone else service any vehicle I own! Also Doug is always so friendly and very knowledgeable. This company is lucky to have these two assets!

They did a fantastic alignment on my beloved car. She no longer "tilts" slightly to the driver's right but goes absolutely straight. The service was fast and courteous as well. Great staff too.
