2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD (PL535)

SALES DEPARTMENT My wife and I recently visited DCH Eatontown with the intention of browsing their Ford Explorer inventory. We were fortunate to be greeted by Anthony Mills, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our entire experience. Initially, we were simply interested in exploring the Explorer options. Anthony's sincerity and in-depth product knowledge quickly instilled confidence in our decision-making process. He patiently addressed all our questions and concerns without any pressure to purchase. Ultimately, Anthony's genuinecommitment to customer satisfaction were instrumental in our decision to finalize the purchase of a new Ford Explorer. We are very pleased with the vehicle and even more impressed with the exceptional service we received from Anthony. FINANCE DEPARTMENT While the sales team provided a positive experience, the finance department lacked transparency (Vincent). An extended warranty was included in the final paperwork without a clear explanation of its cost. After contacting the dealership, we were able to revise the contract to reflect the initially agreed-upon terms.

I leased a Mustang Mach-E this past Saturday from DCH Ford. My first contact was a phone call from Sierra Seig that lasted 15 minutes talking about the vehicle I was interested in test driving.
