My wife and I recently visited DCH Eatontown with the intention of browsing their Ford Explorer inventory. We were fortunate to be greeted by Anthony Mills, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our entire experience.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

While the sales team provided a positive experience, the finance department lacked transparency (Vincent). An extended warranty was included in the final paperwork without a clear explanation of its cost. After contacting the dealership, we were able to revise the contract to reflect the initially agreed-upon terms.

RICHARD VEITH

I leased a Mustang Mach-E this past Saturday from DCH Ford. My first contact was a phone call from Sierra Seig that lasted 15 minutes talking about the vehicle I was interested in test driving.
