Wonderful long term shopping experience. I finally bought a new vehicle from Hiller in March 2023 after many years visiting for who knows how many test drives. The best part is everyone always displayed respect and patience without a hint of pressure from a single person. Hiller is a model dealership.

I like to do work myself, but haven’t had time with this vehicle. Went to change wheels and they wouldn’t come off in the driveway. The tech had not used anti seize on the hubs. I explained this and they took care of the problem and swapped my new wheel and tire package from another company and programmed the new sensors. Very pleasant experience.

Great experience all around - convenient for my schedule and transparent on pricing and length of time our vehicle would be worked on. Also, they were very responsive and courteous in answering all my questions. Highly recommend.
