I like to do work myself, but haven’t had time with this vehicle. Went to change wheels and they wouldn’t come off in the driveway. The tech had not used anti seize on the hubs. I explained this and they took care of the problem and swapped my new wheel and tire package from another company and programmed the new sensors. Very pleasant experience.

I used the Valet pickup and drop off service for the first time today!! It was a great experience, the gentleman who came to pick up my car was very friendly and careful. I was notified by text every step of the way and had phone conversations with the service person to discuss the issue I was having. As I am disabled, this service was very helpful and saved me from having to go in personally, as that would be very difficult for me. I will definitely use this service again!
