I have to give Bryan Rice a shout out for a pleasant experience. We drove down 2.15 hrs from Oroville. What I thought was going to be a stressful experience, Bryan managed to make a pleasant one. Options were somewhat limited and was communicated to Bryan and he pulled exactly what I needed from their inventory! Unexpectedly went home with the F-150 and love it. Tonya A ************************************** Ford Fairfield is the dealership I selected when I ordered my Mach-E in 2021; it was delivered July 2022 and it is gorgeous! I have o ly had the 10k and 20k mile services performed. There are two outstanding recalls because the dealership doesn't yet have the necessary parts/fix for the recalls. When your vehicle service has been completed, the text message/notification you receive should clearly indicate that the service is complete and your car is ready. The customer service clerk who checked you in should also let you know that your car is ready. I had to ask after noticing that my car had been been out front. I received a couple of texts stating that the dealership was interested in purchasing my car and offering me a deal. I don't want a new car...I want the recalls satisfied.
