Excellent dealer. Had a very good experience purchasing a vehicle here. Matthew is great, we communicated via text and phone over a few days and upon me selecting and getting approved for a vehicle he delivered it to me personally. He drove two hours and had all the paper work ready and the transaction was done in 20-30 minutes. By far the best experience I’ve had so far. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best service department and customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Lost my break module in my pickup pulling nearly a 30,000# loaded trailer. I was on my way to Reno from Central Oregon so I’m out of town with 2 horses. They dropped everything and went to work when I pulled in. They went over and above and out of their way to ensure my pickup could get the horses and I back home on schedule. The kindness shown to us by every employee we encountered was unbelievable!! Right down to making sure logistically we had a place for the horses if needed. I have worked with a lot of Ford dealerships over the years and not a single one comes close to providing this kind of service. Thank you to the best service department!!!!!

Had to order a part for my truck. Christopher in the parts department was very helpful. I care for a sick relative so I try to use curbside wherever possible. Christopher was able to get the part I needed quickly and brought it out to me. Very much appreciated!
