We bought our first Jeep Wrangler from Brianna Close at Rydell in Independence. It was a great buying experience. Brianna was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all of our questions. Jacob, the general manager, and Kyle, the sales manager, were great to work with as well. We will be back for future vehicles. Also, the service department was great to work with as well. As we shopped for jeeps, they worked on our daughter’s car and fixed the issue another mechanic elsewhere was unable to fix.

Jeff Haight was great to work with from the start. He was genuine on the when I inquired on a specific Jeep Wrangler. I live 3.5 hours away and he sent me a video of the vehicle before I went so that I was about it and didn’t waste my time- great customer service. Jacob the manager was very helpful with assisting me load up the Jeep on my trailer. This team was great to work with, though I’m 3.5 hours away, I’d go back for sure when I need my next car.
