He helped me get exactly the car I wanted with no uncomfortable high pressure. He was very patient, answered a lot of questions, and I would recommend that anyone shopping for a car at Fitzgerald Frederick seek him out personally to deal with. Richmond Lee, sales manager, was also very patient and straight forward. I appreciated dealing with both of them.

The customer service at Fitzgerald in Frederick is phenomenal! From the second you arrive until you leave with your newly serviced vehicle, Fitzgerald makes the customer a priority. Kim in the service department does her due diligence to ensure she captures the reason for your visit adequately and explains the process thoroughly. Her professionalism and kindness is unmatched! I witnessed her helping a slightly overwhelmed customer order an uber and then she walked him to the front of the dealership to personally ensure he knew where to meet his ride. She could have provided verbal directions and wished the customer a nice day, then move to the next in line. However, Kim went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customer. So impressive! Ian, at the loaner car desk, is polite, professional and ensures the customer understands the process. Walks around the loaner with the customer and is just a joy to deal with. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with the level of service at Fitzgerald in Frederick. I have been a customer for 4 years. From the first day in 2020 I've had nothing but fantastic service from the Fitzgerald staff!
