I would give 100 starts if I could. I will definitely continue to go to Vance for all future purchases. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They were so nice and personable. We were traveling and our Chevrolet Truck seemed to be losing power. Vance Chevrolet was the closest garage. We drove in and Brian Williams greeted us warmly. He had an idea of what the problem was and an estimate of the time to repair the issue. The mechanic confirmed that Brian had diagnosed the problem correctly. They were able to get the work completed yet that day and the cost was less than their original estimate as they actually did not need to make all the repairs that were initially considered to be necessary. We were grateful that they were so honest. We had not had lunch and they let us borrow a vehicle and even recommended an excellent restaurant. We were very pleased with the customer care and the service we received.
