From the time I arrived and to the test drive was a great experience. Our salesman James Kelly was great answering questions and showing all the options the vehicle had. Also knowing we just had a short time to take care of this we were not rushed but they rushed to get everything completed so we could get to another appointment we had scheduled. Once we reached Keenan in the finance department he was extremely helpful as well and assisted us getting everything completed quickly. Great bunch of employees from what I experienced.

I’m happy with the customer service staff. Wonderful people. Not happy with sales due to fraudulent statement of something being new and finding out product was in fact two years old. I don’t like anyone assuming I did something when in fact it was further from the truth. The women that take service calls and schedule are excellent people.

I had spent a significant amount of time to find the right truck for my desires. I worked with multiple dealerships to try and nail a price down and consistently felt like I was “losing” in the end. Vehicles cost more, it is what it is. The difference at Donalson is that the staff advocates for me. Haley Mueller, despite being a new employee with Donalson, made tremendous efforts to answer my many questions. Haley was attentive, considerate, and patient during the entire process. Haley introduced us to Jason French and with his additional effort and explanation we felt confident in the process. Jason fought hard for our business, Jason fought hard for us. We left with what we felt was a good price and an incredible interest rate as a result of the unbelievable promotion that GMC was running. The price was superior to the prices located within a 200-mile radius. The lot was full, the popcorn was fresh, the coffee was hot, and the music was good. Enjoyed our experience in a normally high-stress situation.
