2025 GMC Sierra 4WD Regular Cab Long Box Pro

I was on a quest to find a very specific vehicle - color, trim, and all - and let’s just say it wasn’t exactly easy to come by. Schepel Buick-GMC isn’t my local dealership (try 260 miles one way!), but they made every mile worth it. From the first phone call to the moment I drove away, it was just-easy. Comfortable. None of those salesman clichés your parents warned you about. Rhonda was an absolute gem and she walked me through all the features of my beautiful new Envision Avenir with saint-like patience. My last car was a 10-year-old Buick, so technology-wise, I basically time-traveled a decade. To put it in context: when my old car hit the market, the iPhone 6 was brand new-that phone still had a headphone jack. My old Buick-yeah, it DID have a CD player! See, time travel. Rhonda helped me navigate this new spaceship-level cockpit like a pro. Before chillin with Rhonda in my heated and cooling seats…I had made contact with Steve who was so helpful and friendly, making sure to swing by in person when I was in dealership. It was great to put a face with the name and voice! Lastly, I met with Mike in finance who is the coolest finance guy at a dealership I’ve ever met (yes, that’s a thing). Signing documents on the giant digital desk screen felt futuristic and way faster than the usual paper shuffle. I even took a picture of that digi-desk, but Mike refused to pose-I guess that’s his loss at what could have been internet fame. Bottom line: Schepel has great people, great service, zero stress. I’d make that 260-mile (one-way) drive again in a heartbeat. Full disclosure: yes, #iworkforGM - but I was a proud Buick driver long before I ever collected an official GM paycheck. I’ve had good dealership experiences in the past, but Schepel set a new bar. ???? ???? ????

Great experience working with Ron! I would absolutely work with him again, he was transparent and pricing, no extra fees.
