Great experience, easy process! I went online and pick what I wanted in my new car and the nearest delivery location was in Merrillville, IN. The next day, I received a pleasant call from Sharnetta explaining to me when the truck will be delivered and answering my questions. Sharnetta then transfered my call to Shannon and I asked Shannon to PLEASE give me a call when the truck came in. A week later, I  got a call that morning September 5 with a picture and I was able to drive "Azulie" home the next day! Shannon was great!
