2026 GMC Acadia AT4 AWD

I don’t do reviews much…but this one had to be done! Steve Hughes and V. Bui were exceptional in the service they provided. Been to many dealerships and bought new and used cars and the experience always makes you feel like you spent too much and didn’t get what you paid for. Walked into this dealership expecting the same and expecting most of my Friday to be wasted sitting, waiting, and hassling around. However, this experience was different. This might have been the first experience where they negotiated with me without any hassle or complaints. The entire process took only a couple of hours from coming in and test driving to walking out the door with the car. The finance employee also took care of things quick and was very informative (I think his name was Fernando…I had to take a call so wasn’t able to talk with him as much). They also took care of a few exceptions that I had without any complaints and had it done in a very timely manner with an awesome attitude. Both Steve and V had great attitude and were a pleasure to deal with. I’m hoping that relationship continues and I’ll be back there soon since I know I’ll be in need of another car soon for my kids. This was for a used vehicle so here’s to hoping I don’t jinx the car by writing this positive review, but from how I’ve been treated so far I’m expecting they’d take care of me if any issue arises.

Great pricing. Quick responses from salesmen. Just purchased a truck from here and did a lot of pricing not only in Maryland but throughout the country. This place had the best price and the salesman was quick to respond to any question I had through email.

I may never buy a vehicle anywhere else because it makes my life so much easier, not having to fit my automobile service into my hectic work schedule. I don't have time sit and wait for my vehicle or be without a vehicle and their service is unlike any other dealership. My service advisor for this servicing was STELLAR. He stayed in touch with me, answered questions and even sent me videos, showing me how to operate certain things in my car. Fantastic service all the way around and I always recommend Joyce Koons because of the service that they have provided from purchase to maintenance. When purchasing, they don't keep you sitting in their dealership playing number games for hours, like so many others! I have purchased three different vehicles from Joyce Koons and it has been a great experience every single time!
