Very easy, informative, accommodating and professional. I didn’t need to be “sold” anything and was very happy to NOT have felt pressured. My questions were answered in a timely fashion and unlike some, I’ve dealt with in the past, the communication did not end after a deal was struck.

The service department took great care of our situation. Our truck was towed in after hours and the very next day they did all they could to get us back in the road. We did not have the lock key to take off the tire but they made it possible to get our spare on. Not to mention we didn’t purchase our vehicle from here and they still helped us and treated us very well. This dealership is fair, a pleasure to work with, and more than accommodating for their customers. Skylar was wonderful to work with and negotiating (as daunting as it can be) was really reasonable. I felt comfortable and in fact felt respected and a willingness to be worked with. The papers were FedEx'd to me as I'm out of state and they accommodated me picking up the car on a Sunday (closed day of the week) as that was my only availability. Can't recommend this dealership enough and I'm really grateful for the great experience they provided me in getting a new car.
