The work was completed correctly and in a timely manner. I received an oil change and tire rotation, both of which were finished very quickly, and I was in and out of the dealership in approximately one hour. The lobby provided a comfortable and accommodating environment, including space to use my computer and complimentary water.

Chris is very transparent and I appreciated that. He was honest that the repair may not fix the issues because the truck wasnt acting up at time they checked it out. But the codes showed what the problem could of been and I went ahead and approved the work. I can always respect someone being honest. I think this fixed the issue because the truck hasnt acted up since we got it back.Thank you
