Best Cadillac Service Department in the DFW metroplex! I make this statement largely in part to the great service I get from my Service Advisor Luke Telford. I drive 45-minutes out of the way to come here because of the consistent superior customer service he provides. I always walk away feeling like he has addressed any concerns that I might have. And my car is always taken care of quickly and without issue. This review comes from someone who has purchased 52 vehicles in my lifetime. So when I say he’s the best Service Advisor I’ve had. I mean it. This location is alway clean and feels very up to date. You can go to other Cadillac dealerships in the area. But I’ve been to them all. And Frank Kent Cadillac is where I keep coming back to (4 Cadillacs purchased here in a row!) Thank you again to Frank Kent Cadillac for great customer service. But especially to Luke for making me always feel like I made the right decision in purchasing my Cadillac.

My experience with Frank Kent was with the Auto Body Shop. The manager, Wes, was absolutely wonderful with my 85 year old Mom. He was patient, informative, supportive, and very kind. He went out of his way to do everything he could for her and her damaged car. I highly recommend their service for your automobile needs. You won't be disappointed with their excellent business.
