I had a good experience with McKenna today which you normally don’t get from a dealership. Spencer was informative and kept me updated with the service that I had come in for. I see myself returning here again.

I had a great experience at McKenna VW in Cerritos. Everyone was very friendly. Besides dealing with the tedious process that is purchasing a new vehicle, such as endless signatures, the overwhelming amount of numbers, “paperwork” digital in this case; I didn’t mind it. I also love how my contract documents, and other signed documents are on a USB card. Very eco conscious, and efficient. Alex A., the salesman who helped me with my purchase, offered to take photos of me with my new car with the giant decorative gift bow on it. I was very appreciative of that. I would’ve completely forgotten to take photos until Alex A. mentioned photos! Thanks again. ????????

Today, I had one of the most amazing experiences with a car dealership in the USA in the past 12 years. I called this dealership and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Mark (extension 7804) in the parts department. I explained my situation, and he patiently and professionally searched through more than six different parts for me in the system, guiding me through each one. Prior to this phone conversation, I was frustrated with VW, but Mark's dedication to customer service convinced me to proudly remain a VW client. Thank you so much, Mark!
