My wife and I got a flat tire on the Mass Turnpike with our Atlas on the way to New York. Called Wellesley and Mike and Dylan were very friendly and did everything he could to get us in and out of the shop in less than two hours, right before closing no less! No one at the dealership had to be as nice as they were, from Mike, Dylan, Alisha, and even the guy who changed the tire — beyond nice. Maybe I'm just a jaded New Yorker but I don't think I've every been to a business with friendlier people. Thanks to the incredible staff at Wellesley were able to get home safely that evening after a previously traumatic experience to start the day.

There is no pressure to buy, everything is transparent. No hidden fees. Just honest, good people. I didn’t know buying a car could be this easy. I cannot say enough kind words about this dealership. Professional, no haggling, comfortable atmosphere. These days it’s rare to come across kind hearted people and they exist at Wellesley VW. The finance portion of my experience was also nice. Eli was direct and to the point. I was not pressured into buying coverage I didn’t want. The car is an Ace and drives like a dream. If I could give this dealership 10 stars, I would!
